I just learned about her passing.  Went to post something about Bamfield on Facebook and notices after the fact that her page was filled with posts in the past tense. I spent some time with her in Nanaimo and was around her when she learned she was pregnant back in 2009.  She was just glowing and so excited for the next chapter in her life.  I am deeply saddened by the news, but grateful that I was blessed to have had the opportunity to meet her and call her a friend.  Katie W. Robinette

I remember when we first met, she always had a great smile and was able to make everyone around her smile. I haven't seen her in a long time but I'll always remember her beautiful smile. My heart goes out to the Charles family. Tina will always be in our hearts and will never be forgotten.

Thoughts are with your family Tina, you are greatly missed.  Although I'm not able to attend, I have no doubt there is beautiful ceremony taking place for you today.  I will think of you often and am grateful for the times we had together.
