Tina was born in Zeballos, BC, as a child, she moved to Port Alberni, where she would spend the rest of her life.
As a young woman, Tina met Gerald ("Gerry") Golden at a local dance and they married when she was just 17. The two shared a lifelong bond built on love, loyalty, and deep devotion. Their marriage of 66 years was a testament to their enduring commitment to one another and to the family they built together.
Tina was predeceased by her husband Gerry, and by her cherished grandson Robbie.
She is survived by her twin sister Penny; her children, Gina and Tracy; her grandchildren, Melanie, Jessica, Nadine, and Kelly; and many great-grandchildren.
Tina remained close with her family throughout her life. Her deep devotion and unwavering presence will be profoundly missed by those who loved her most.
There will be no formal service. A private gathering of family will be held in her honour.
