Zackery Kristian Robert Jakubowsky

Zack is predeceased by his great grandmother “Petey” Sigrid Peterson, grandfather Kristian McPherson and great grandparents Emma and Teddy McPherson.

He is survived by his father Sean, mother Krista and brother Ryan, grandmothers Barb Jakubowsky and Daphne McPherson, grandfather Bob Jakubowsky, uncle Mike McPherson, aunt Taylor McPherson, great aunt Zoe-Anne Clemson (David), and cousin Tove Ryan (husband Ron) and their daughter Leive and cousin Sheridan Clemson as well as other relatives and many many friends.

Zack had a wonderful sense of humour and a big heart, full of caring and compassion (a true gentle giant). He always saw the beauty in the people and things around him. He will be deeply missed and will be especially remembered for among other things, giving the best hugs.

A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 2:00pm at the Ucluelet High School with a reception to follow in the Recreation Centre. Donations in Zack’s memory may be made at either CIBC or the Coastal Community Credit Union to the Jakubowsky trust for his brother Ryan’s education.
