Brian Scott Reed Sr.

Brian S. Reed, 52, of Forks, passed away in his home after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Brian was born March 26, 1959 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Bridget Charmain (Ragan) and Robert Haskell Reed.

He met the love of his life early, Nikki Boyd, and had been with her since age 14. They married July 4, 1986, in Indianapolis. Ind.

Mr. Reed served in the Navy, PFC, and earned an Associates Degree in Electronics.

He was employed as a millwright at RCA records in Indianapolis and later in the cedar industry, restaurants and handyman in Forks.

Music was a passion of Brian’s, especially classic rock. He found happiness in his family, friends, and extended Forks family. He also loved the outdoors, especially the beaches of the Northwest.

Brian is survived by his wife, Nikki; sons Jason and Scotty; daughters Kara and Addie; parents Robert and Bridget; brother Tim; and sisters and brother-in-law Mary (Bill) and Becky, and aunt Barb and Uncle John.

He was preceded in death by both his paternal and maternal grandparents; and his sister Kathy.

A celebration of life potluck will be held December 30, 2011 at 5 p.m. at The Round House, 110 Business Park, Forks.
