Keith Davidson, 80, of Port Angeles, passed away May 22, 2011, at Crestwood Convalescent Center. He was born August 27, 1930, in Sappho, Wash., to John M. and Virginia E. (Ferguson) Davidson.
Keith graduated in 1949 from Queen Ann High School, and attended Seattle University.
He married Rose M. Killinger on December 29, 1956, in Seattle, and came to the North Olympic Peninsula in 1959.
Mr. Davidson’s occupations included GE Supply in Seattle; Kaufman-Miller Furniture, Coldwell Banker, Angeles Furniture, and Wal-Mart in Port Angeles.
He loved steelhead fishing, golf, handball, snow skiing, walking, getting together with family and friends for games, and volunteering for grade school reading programs.
Keith was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Elks Lodge, and the Port Angeles Babe Ruth Program.
He is survived by his wife Rose M. Davidson of Port Angeles; son and daughter-in-law Greg and Jennifer Davidson of Stanwood, Wash.; daughters and sons-in-law Kathy Bingham and Aaron Williams of Covington, Wash., Kelly Stimbert of Lincoln, Calif., Julie and David McCrorie of Sequim, Wash.; 11 grandchildren: Jamie Bingham (Justin McCluskey), Jeff Bingham (Ashley Graden), Curtis Stimbert (Melissa Long), Dane Stimbert, Kylie Stimbert, Austin Davidson, Amanda Davidson, Brock Davidson, Sydney McCrorie, Patrick McCrorie, Anthony McCrorie; and four great-grandchildren: Haydin, Alyssa, Emily, and Callie.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jackie Davidson.
A memorial services will be held June 18, 2011, 2:00 p.m., at the First United Methodist Church, 110 East 7th St., Port Angeles, with Pastor Joey Olsen.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County, 540 E. 8th St., Port Angeles, WA 98362.
