Dian Rose Albert, age 69 of Port Charlotte, FL, passed away December 5, 2019. She was born November 22, 1950 in Clinton, MA to Fred and Despino “Dee” Favreau. Dian was an amazing beautician and loved tending bar at the American Legion Post 154 in Marathon, FL and the Moose Lodge in Key Largo, FL. She thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the American Legion Riders. Dian’s favorite pastimes were riding on the snowmobile and motorcycle and making crafts. She was an affluent singer and could go head to head with Jefferson Airplane in a competition to sing “White Rabbit”, as she sang it better than anyone. Dian’s grandchildren were the loves of her life and she cherished time spent with family. She will be forever loved and missed by her husband, George Albert; her children, Dawn Yvette Agusto-Leird, Jock Paul “J.P.” (Vicky Longoria Albert) Albert, and Keith John (Melissa L. Hughes) Albert; grandchildren, Aidan Leird, Logan Leird, Jock Paul “J.P.” Albert Jr., Ryan John Albert, Shelby Albert, Lily Albert, Jax Albert, Hanna Hernandez, Brandon Medina, Marek Neuman, and an unborn grandbaby due in June 2020; great grandchild, Christina Dian Elizabeth Thewlis due in February 2020; brothers, Fred Favreau and Allen Favreau; and many extended family members and friends. A celebration of life for Dian will take place on January 18, 2020 at 11am at the American Legion Post 154; 4115 Overseas Hwy, Marathon, FL 33050.
