He was born in Allentown, PA. He proudly served in the Air Force 20 years as a Fire Fighter, retired and resided in Port Charlotte, FL.
He was a life member of DAV #82. He worked afterwards in Northampton, PA as a school bus and later on Staples in Port Charlotte, FL,
He was a graduate of Salisbury High School in PA. He got his Bachelor’s degree in Science in the AF.
He was a loving husband for 24 and a half years to his wife Cynthia Luecht Bruder, who he met on AOL. He pre-deceased by his parents; Penrose and Mildred Burder, brother; James Bruder, sister; Susan Bruder, all of Allentown, PA.
Survivors: loving wife Cynthia, brother in law; Richard Luecht of Jacksonville, FL, brothers; Kenneth A, Jeffery A (Wife Carol) Bruder of Bethlehem, PA, sister; Marianne Williams of Allentown, PA; 7 nieces and nephews, 1 niece deceased, 19 great nieces and nephews, and 8 great great nieces and nephews all of PA.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday May 23rd at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home from 11am to 12pm with a Celebration of Life to follow at 12pm.
A committal service with full military honors will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery on Tuesday May 23rd at 2pm.
