Barbara Ann Lulfs

Surrounded by her loved ones, Barbara Ann Ladd Lulfs of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away at 6:43pm on October 25th, 2017. Barbara was a light in the lives of those she knew throughout her 84 years with us. She proudly devoted her life both personally and professionally under the guidance and practice of her Catholic Faith. A secretary at St. Ambrose and St. Charles churches respectively, Barbara always made sure to keep religion as a priority. In her later years, Barbara blessed the lives of those less fortunate by bringing them the services they could not take advantage of in their respective churches as well as a kind smile and a easily founded friendship.

Barbara is preceded by: Her parents, Dwight and Gertrude Ladd, Her husband Robert Francis Lulfs, and her children Deborah Ann Kittrell and Steven Tracy Lulfs. Barbara is survived by: 3 children: Pam Bass (Gerald) of Port Charlotte, FL, Tim Lulfs (Tina) of Austin, TX , and Scott (Lynne) Lulfs of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 7 grandchildren: Patrick Kittrell, Alyssa Kittrell, Matthew Kittrell, Brent Lulfs, Andrew Lulfs, Nicholas Bass, and Erin Lulfs 6 great grandchildren: Tanner Jacobs, Abigail Jacobs, Ashlyn Brown, Ivan Kittrell, Tyler Lulfs, and Jareth Bass and 6 siblings: John (Jo) Ladd of Carollton, TX, Nancy (Bob) Bullock of Austin, TX, William Ladd of Carollton, TX, Joan (Jerry) Myers of Mayville, NY, Paula (Milo) Nasci of Moriarty, NM, Robert (Shannon) Ladd of Post Falls, ID.

Visitation Sunday, October 29, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home 2405 Harbor Blvd. Port Charlotte, Florida

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Inurnment will be at a later date in the St. Charles Church Garden.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School's fund.
