Carol L. Cote, 61, of Punta Gorda, FL died June 29, 2007 after a long battle with cancer. She was born December 16, 1945 in Ireland and moved to this area in October of 2005 from Miami. Carol came to the US when she was 18 years old, to New York from Scotland, eventually settling in Miami. She had worked as a Bookkeeper and retired 10 years ago.
Carol is survived by her husband of 13 years, Richard Cote of Punta Gorda, FL; sister, Anne, brothers, Dennis, Billy, Eamon, Paul and Jackie; many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The family has requested Memorial Donations to Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
