Clifford L. Evans, 79 of Port Charlotte, FL died on Tuesday, November 5, 2013. He was born in Waukegan, Illinois on June 9, 1934 to Dallas C. and Dorothy (Day) Evans. He served in the US Army and worked as a supervisor for Colonial Baking Company. He was the widower of Sara (Rucker) Evans and the father of daughters, Chris Ann Marcoguiseppe and Alison Rae Green.
