Dane Rene Toney, 48 of Port Charlotte, Florida died Sunday December 31, 2006 in Port Charlotte. Mr. Toney was born on August 29, 1958 in Terre Haute, Indiana and had been a resident of Port Charlotte for 11 years coming from Temple, Texas. Mr. Toney owned and operated an automobile repair shop.
Survivors include his life companions, Jeffory Marlowe and Boo Toney; his sisters, Milisa Toney of Port Charlotte; Susan Fielden of Hymera, IN; his brothers, Robert Toney of Terre Haute, IN; Richard Toney of Anchorage, AK; Stephen Toney of Terre Haute, IN; Michael Toney of Port Charlotte. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Dane was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Joyce Toney and his brothers, Larry and Chris Toney.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday January 5, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Bananaville. Friends and Family are welcome.
