DAVID T. MATHEWS, 21 of Englewood, Fl died August 20, 2009. He was born on August 23, 1987 in Port Charlotte and has been lived in Englewood all his life. He was employed with the Suncoast Humane Society in Englewood. He was a Graduate of Lemon Bay High School Class of 2006 . He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Englewood and attended the Sunnybrook Alliance Church in East Englewood.
He is survived by his parents, Malvin & Carolyn Mathews of Englewood; his sister, Julia David Reigle of Rotonda West, FL and a brother, Douglas of East Englewood, FL; his paternal grandmother, Evelyn Mathews of Ocala, FL and several nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Sunnybrook Alliance Church in Englewood. You may express your condolence to the family at, www.lemonbayfh.com
