Donald S. Levine, 79, of Sarasota, FL passed away July 15, 2016 at his home. He was born February 17, 1937 in Worcester, MA and moved to this area over 45 years ago from there. He retired as the Sales Manager of Port Charlotte Ford many years ago. In years past, he had enjoyed racing Corvettes in Lauden, NH as well as being a very successful competitor in the National Handgun Tournaments. Locally, he was a member of the Venice Orchid Society and was of the Jewish faith.
He is survived by his sons, Chris (Peggy) Stienstra of Millbury, MA and Skip Stienstra of Vista, CA; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predecesased by his first wife Mary Leslie Levine and his second wife, Dr. Catherine Wingate Levine.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am Friday, July 22, 2016 in the Chapel of Peace at Gulf Pines Memorial Park, 2401 Englewood Road, Englewood, FL 34223.
