Born December 7, 1925, in Sarasota, Florida, Helen was the daughter of the late Addington and Alene Underwood.
Helen was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, great aunt, and friend. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bert Cole, and, Carolene Knight. She is survived by her daughter, Blenda Cole, and her grandchildren, Brian and Melissa Knight, along with numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
A graveside service for Helen will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Sarasota Memorial Park, 5833 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34231.
