She moved to the Englewood area in 1990 from New York. She was a Waitress for the Fishery Restaurant in Placida for many years.
She is survived by her husband, David Tilton; her daughters, Christina Brian Dunbar, Maria Tim Collins and Loretta David Aquino all of Rochester, New York and Ellen Zeucher of Dortmound, Germany; her mother, Else Pegler of Kircheim, Germany; her sister, Margot Pert of Rotonda West; her brother, Wolfgang Pegler of Heilbroon, Germany; her grandchildren, Cara Zeucher, Phillip and Ashlee Bulluck, Kady Richardson, Timothy, Michael and Brian Collins, David and Domenic Aquino.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Lemon Bay Funeral Home has been selected to handle the services.
