She was born December 8, 1934 in Farmington, Michigan and came to Port Charlotte, Florida from Romulus, Michigan in 1978. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Ruth was a wonderful, wife and mother and loved by all who knew her. She had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. Besides her husband, children and grandchildren, the greatest love in her life was, animals , most of all her dogs, Sparky, Twinkie, Asa and Jazzy and her bird Echo. She also loved plants and flowers, and all she planted flourished.
Survivors include her husband, Francis Howard of 14 years; her daughter, Cindy Gyurich Louis Dye; sons, Mark Ferrero Donna, Terry Ferrero Patty, Danny, Jeff FerreroWendy all of Port Charlotte, Florida; grandmother of 19; great grandmother of 5.
Memorial services Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Kays Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home 2405 Harbor Blvd. Port Charlotte, Florida.
