Isabelle C. Gaydos nee Valentino, went to the Lord on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Originally from Pittsburg, PA, Isabelle spent the last years of her life with her daughter Carol in Port Charlotte, FL where she died peacefully at home.
Isabelle is survived by two sons and two daughters; George Gaydos and wife Valerie of Woodland Hills, PA, Susan Lynn Mayer and husband Eric of Richmond, IL, Carol Ann Swink and husband Richard of Port Charlotte, FL and Gregory Gaydos of Swissvale, PA. Five grandchildren; Carol Mayer Veronyak, Todd Mayer, Anna Christina Gaydos, George H. Gaydos and Abby Lynn Askeland. One great-grandchild, Hope Veronyak.
Several brothers and sisters, many nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends also survive.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Word of God Catholic Church on McClure Avenue in Swissvale, PA. Interment will take place immediately following the mass at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum in Greenfield, PA.
