James Ramsey of North Port, FL, passed away Friday July 29, 2016, at his home in La Casa. Jim was a WWII Merchant Marine Veteran and worked as a Chief Engineer on tugboats in NY Harbor for forty years, before retiring to Florida.
He is survived by his wife Merle, three sons, two daughters, a step daughter and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be missed.
