Jeanne M. Corbin

Jeanne entered into her eternal home on March 4, 2017 after a short illness, at Englewood Community Hospital surrounded by her beloved daughters Lisa and Tara. Jeanne was born Aug 17, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois. She was married to Eldon D. Corbin in1959, he preceeded her in death in 2009.

Jeanne is survived by her three daughters, Lana Hansen, Lisa Gray and Tara McGalliard and her husband Chuck. Seven grandchildren, Tanner, Lauren, Lara, Kelley, Julia (Christian), Brandi, Richard and three great grandchildren, Sophia, Josiah and Aiden. Four step grandchildren.

Jeanne enjoyed a long and varied career beginning in Chicago in the landscape design business. In 1976 she moved with her husband and daughters from Itasca Illinois to Florida. Jeanne began her successful real estate career with the Michael Saunders Agency about that time, she retired in 2009.

Jeanne was involved in many civic and social organizations. Some of those being PEO, Garden Club (local and National), Coast Guard Auxiliary, and serving on the board of her HOA.

Visitation will be held on Saturday March 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Lemon Bay Funeral Home Englewood. Burial will follow in Gulf Pines Memorial Park in Englewood. All are welcome to attend.
