Jeffrey John Roman Sr. 55, passed away suddenly on Monday February27, 2012. Jeff was born on December 29, 1957 in Newark New Jersey, Jeff spent a mojority of his adult life working as a Chef where his amazing work, ethic and pride in his craft helped bring success to many restaurants from Virginia to Florida. In the past year Jeff fought a courageous battle against throat cancer which appeared that he had won. He loved the water, especially fishing in the Gulf Waters of Southwest Fl, Jeff was predeceased by his beloved oldest son Jeffrey Jr. He is survived by his wife Patti of 27 years, his three daughters, twins Nicolle and Danielle and Tricia. He is aso survived by his Mother and Father Ethel and William Foelsch, sister Shelley (Steve) Cors and brother Bobby Roman. Jeff will be sadly missed by family, friends and co-workers. A funeral service will be held on Thursday March 1, 2012 at 11:30AM from the Kays-Ponger Uselton Funeral Home and Cremation Services 635 E.Marion Avenue Punta Gorda Fl 33950.Visitation will be from 11:00AM until the time of the service, private cremation to follow.
