Jesus J. Lucero age 79 of Port Charlotte, FL passed away March 14, 2020. He was born January 7, 1941 to Jesus Benito Lucero and Juanita Tejada Lucero. Jesus attended Lincoln High School and later worked as a Long Haul Truck Driver. He loved to go bowling. Jesus is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife Leovigilda Villamayor Lucero; his children, Laura Tierney, Sean Lucero, Jeff Lucero, Lynn Lucero, Loretta Lucero, and Linda Lucero; his siblings, Victor Lucero, Bertha Garcia, Rose Holguin, Danny Lucero, Mary Lambert, and Bobby Lucero. Visitation for Jesus will take place Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 2-5pm at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home; 2405 Harbor Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33952. A Funeral Mass will take place on March 19, 2020 at 11am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church; 2500 Easy St., Port Charlotte, FL 33952.
