Joanne is survived by her children, Mark Ramsey (Jeanne Stone) of CA, Susan Ramsey (Michael Esposito) of FL, Cynthia Ramsey of CT, and Steven Ramsey (Liz Dory) of New York City. Grandchildren Sarah, Timothy, Valerie, Kevin, Lane and Elliot. Husband, Arthur B. Parsons. Brother and sister-in-law, Ralph T. (Loretta) Orrico. Niece, Lisa (John) Karl, and nephews Ralph Orrico, Thomas (Jessica) Orrico. Also survived by her aunts Theresa Mitrano, Margaret Perricelli, Mary Mitrano, Sara Mitrano, Dorothy Orrico and many cousins.
