He was born on October 7, 1943 in Baltimore, Maryland and came to this area from Frederick, Maryland in 1999. John was an accountant for General Motors Company, retiring after 30 years of service. He enjoyed his family
and friends. He loved the beach and the pool, loved to watch western
movies, and read western novels, just enjoyed life.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia ( nee, Farrish) of 51 years of Punta Gorda, Florida. Daughter, JoAnn (John) Hunter of Woodstock, Maryland; his sister-in-law, Gail Cada of Hanover, Pennsylvania, granddaughter, Alisha Marie Hunter of Woodstock, Maryland, also many relatives and friends.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home and cremation services. Punta Gorda Chapel.
