

John was born April 20, 1952, the son of the late Joseph Panepinto and Irene (Federer) Panepinto whom survives.
John moved to Port Charlotte Florida in 2002 from the Pittsburgh area. He was presently employed at AXI International as a Senior Applications Specialist. Prior to that he was employed with Applied Energy Corporation , Carrollton Texas and Pall Corporation in New York.
John was a 32 degree Mason , a member of the Valley Pittsburgh lodge, member of the Syria Shriners in Cheswick, Pa , and a member of the Sons of The American Legion in Punta Gorda, Florida. Prior to moving to Florida John was a Pennsylvania Game Commission Hunter Education Instructor and an avid hunter, designer/president of Turkeyfoot Gamecalls (Creative Woodcrafts, Inc)
His passion was boating and fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, walking the beach, sunsets on the beach , picking sharks teeth, golfing and entertaining at home.
He is survived by his wife Sara (Glover) Panepinto of Port Charlotte, Florida: his two sons, Joseph (April) Panepinto of North Port, Florida, John Jr (Ferne) Panepinto of California, Pa, two sisters, Angela (Dan) Fowkes, of Brownsville, Pa and Susan Panepinto (Bob) of California, Pa. Sister-in-law Gloria (William) Henry of Venetia, Pa and their 3 children Kayla, Kelly and Frank. 2 neices: Michelle Fowkes Huba & Katlyn Hester, 2 Nephews, Michael Fowkes & William Hester, 6 grandchildren: Kayla, Samantha, Emerson, Addison, Jenson & Calei Panepinto. 1 Great grandchild: Bernie Bungenstock.
Visitation Saturday, October 4, 2014 from 12:00 Noon until 3:00 p.m. with services to follow at 3:00 p.m. at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home 2405 Harbor Blvd. Port Charlotte, Florida.
