He was born on June 10, 1961 in Springfield, Massachusetts and came to Port Charlotte from there in 1969. Kenneth was a member of the American Legion Post # 110 of Port Charlotte, Florida.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara and his step father, Frederick Chalone of Summerfield, Florida, also his step father, Raymond Dionne SR., of Crescent City, Florida; his 4 brothers, William Carr, Scott Dionne, Raymond Dionne JR. of Port Charlotte, Florida and Perry Dionne of Summerfield, Florida; his sister Rose Pignatare of Brooksville, Florida, also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and close friends.
Memorial services Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 11:00 p.m. at Kays-Ponger and Uselton Funeral Home 2405 Harbor Blvd. Port Charlotte, Florida.
