Kennith James "Kenny" Sawyer, 40, lifetime resident of Punta Gorda passed away January 12, 2010 at his home. He was born December 12, 1969 in Ft Myers, FL. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed his life to the fullest.
He will be greatly missed by his daughter, Brittany K. Sawyer and son Kennith Austin Sawyer, his mother, Mary E. Bailey and his father, Robert W Sawyer. He also leaves behind his big sister, DK Wells David Stewart, his older brother, Tony Margie Sawyer and oldest brother Bobby Sawyer all of Punta Gorda and sister Tina Sawyer and childen of Maine. He also has many nieces, nephews and a great nephew, Mason Sawyer and sister Teresa from Alabama. In his heart was his brother Tommy Lori Wells of Bradenton, FL. He had many family and friends all over Charlotte County.
The Family will receive friends from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm, Saturday January 16, 2010 at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 635 E Marion Ave, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev Roger Byrd officiating. Burial will follow at Indian Springs Cemetery
