Lawrence John Ogrodowski, age 80, of Punta Gorda, Florida passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. He was born April 20, 1943 to Marian and Aloysius Orgodowski in Hammond, Indiana. He lived in Dyer Indiana before settling in Punta Gorda, Florida in 2011. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Darlene. He is also survived by his three sons Kirk, Ken and Kreg, Brother Rick wife Celia, sisters in laws Shirley, Pam Orgrodowski and Debby Graves. Grandchildren Sydney, Tucker, Zack, Faith and Maximilian. several very special nieces, nephews and cousins. Larry worked at Lever Brothers then Pepsi cola where he retired from after 35 years. His passion was the Chicago Bears, Cubs, golfing, fishing and bowling. He was a proud veteran. There will be a private service and burial at Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota, Florida.
