Leroy "Roy" Kendall, 98, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away peacefully in his home on March 6, 2012. Formerly of Ft. Myers Beach and Wheat Ridge, Colorado, he had lived in Florida since 1972. He served in the US Navy from 1942 to 1945, as a torpedoman in the Pacific Theater. Upon his discharge, he worked in sales and as a Regional Sales Manager, for the Butternut Coffee company. In 1960, he started his own manufacturer's representative business, and conducted business across the intermountain west, until his retirement.
His beloved wife Margaret preceded him in death, in 1998. Internment is at Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens.
