Lottie Dittmer Gunneman, 86, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away March 26, 2010. She was born September 29, 1923 in Detroit, MI and retired to this area in 1996 from Indianapolis; IN. Lottie was of the Presbyterian faith and was a member of the Senior Friends. She enjoyed socializing with friends and being with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Walter Gunneman of Port Charlotte, FL; children, Connie Dittmer David Bowles, Michael Joyce Dittmer, Sr and Karen Donald Sanford; grandchildren, Chris Melissa Bowles; Ryan Bowles, Kay Brett Schubert; Michael Christen Dittmer, Jr; Bryan Sanford; Brandi Marcus Sanford-Fischer; Mylissa Al Yelich;; great grandchildren, Nathan and Madison Bowles, Mitchel, Hunter, Seth and Joshua Schubert; Trenton and Jenna Dittmer; Peyton, Alyson and Jacob Yelich.
A Memorial Service to be held at Sandhill Gardens Retirement Center in Port Charlotte will be announced at a later date. Services will be held in Indianapolis, IN with burial at Washington Park East later this week.
