Peggy (Corcoran) Sexton of Venice, Florida formerly of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on June 30. She died after battling ovarian cancer for 5 ½ years.
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Bill and Louise Corcoran. She was predeceased by her parents, her sister, Pat Peck and a niece, Molly Peck.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Don; stepson, Jeff; granddaughter, Savannah, brother, Jim Corcoran and his wife Jo; sister, Kathy and her husband Fritz Meyer; sister, Shelly and her husband Dick Jennings; sister, Mimi and her husband Denny Borchers; sister, Joan and her husband Jim Schroth; brother in law, Chuck and his wife Pat (Demers) Peck; 25 nieces and nephews and many more great nieces and nephews.
Peggy was a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and worked at hospitals in Honolulu, San Francisco, Atlanta and Cincinnati. When younger she enjoyed snow skiing with friends, Lynn, Pat, Bill and Butch. After moving to Venice she became a member and avid golfer at Plantation Golf & Country Club.
