Maria Blanco-Taha, 55, of Englewood, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017 in Sarasota, Florida due to a tragic accident.
A celebration of her life will be held at Englewood United Methodist Church 700 E. Dearborn Street, Englewood, FL. 34223 on May 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM.
Everyone knew her as Angela. She was born in Cuba on December 19, 1961 to Humberto and Maria Blanco. Her family settled in Fort Lauderdale, where she earned her degree and became a Dental Assistant.
Angela is survived by her husband Hussien Taha, and her twin sons Hussein and Naji Taha.
She leaves many relatives including her brother Humberto Blanco (Demy) and nephews Jonathan, Devon, and Alan. Her niece, Corren Rubin (Steven), great niece Viviana, and nephew George Cerrito.
Angela and Hussien are independent business owners in their community. She had a passion and love for music and dance. Angela also enjoyed gardening, walking and fishing. But, most importantly she loved spending time with her family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Englewood United Methodist Church.
