Marie McDonough

MARIE McDONOUGH of Englewood passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2009. She was born in Jeffersonville, IN to Helen Blankenship McDonough and George McDonough. She was the beloved wife of Dick Holmberg; mother of Christopher, Donna, Julie, Jenny and Steve; and step-mother of Pam, Todd, Kevin, Mike, Marian and Sandy. She is also survived by brothers, Donald, George and Patrick; sisters, Mary Ann and Joyce; grandchildren, Eliot, Julian, Kelsea, and Sean; step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

Marie was retired from her position as executive officer of Holmberg Technology and was previously vice president of Erosion Control Systems.

Marie sailed through life's journey with strength, a fun-loving free Irish spirit, and a whistle on her lips. She gathered relationships like seashells and will be missed by everyone who knew her.
