Mac was the owner of the local Charlotte County McGinnis Bail Bonds service.
He was a beloved father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend who will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
Survived by his sons, Patrick McGinnis and wife Jaime and Thomas McGinnis; Daughter, Angelica Abed; grandchildren Cora McGinnis, Dakota Joseph McGinnis and Madison McGinnis; sister Pat Zamaitis; Brother Don McGinnis; and several nephews and his beloved dog Westie.
