Robert "Bob" John Karkovice, 76, born in Linden, New Jersey on July 29th, 1939, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015 in Port Charlotte, Florida. Bob was a loving family man, and friend to many. Bob enjoyed playing golf, in which he achieved his hole one! Watching baseball, along with football, all while enjoying his trusted glass of scotch.
Bob served in the Air Force. He worked at United Airlines, and retired from Greyhound Bus Lines, and Charlotte County Public Schools, both as a bus driver.
He is survived by loving family. His wife Florence, his children John (LuJo), Robert (Theresa), Thomas, Ronald (Kimberly), Debra (Angie) and Tina. Michael, Timothy, and Cheryl his stepchildren. His brother Richard (Deborah), 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchild, and his nieces and nephews. His son, Kenneth and sister, Linda (Don) preceded him.
