Ohio and the Charlotte County area of Florida, died Wednesday the 20th
of January at Signature Health Care center.
Born in 1938 in Anna, OH, Mary Kay graduated at the local Anna high
school in 1956. She continued on to vocational shorthand writing school
in order to pursue a secretarial position with Dayton Power and Light.
Mary Kay loved gardening and spent large amounts of her time dedicating
herself to her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed baking
cookies and cakes for her family and individuals in her community. Mary
Kay was an active member of Burnt Store Presbyterian Church. Port
Charlotte, and served food for the homeless coalition.
She is survived by her three children, Donald Eversole, James P.
Eversole, and Susan Ahern, her five grandchildren, James F. Eversole,
Sandra K. Eversole, Kathryn F. Ahern, Allison E. Ahern, and Jeremy P.
Eversole, and her brother-in-law Lawrence Piper of Anna, OH.
Kays-Ponger funeral home, Port Charlotte, has been entrusted with
arrangements.
Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, January 23rd at the Burnt
Store Presbyterian Church at 10:00AM EST.
