Ruth Ann Holmes, 83 of Port Charlotte, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Tidewell Hospice in Port Charlotte. Ruth was born Jan. 5, 1932 in Jersey City, N.J. She was employed by Colgates in Jersey City, N.J. until she moved to Florida in 1988.
Ruth was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed traveling with family and friends, especially cruising. She had also enjoyed being an active member of the German Club before her illness.
She is survived by her daughter Kathleen (Frank) Bellomo and grandsons Jeffrey and Eric Bellomo.
She was predeceased in death by her beloved husband Bob of 57 years and loving sons Bobby and Danny.
