She was born on March 21, 1940 in Dublin, Ireland and came to Kew Gardens, New York from Dublin, Ireland and then to Port Charlotte, Florida in 1981. She was a homemaker, a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post-110 of Port Charlotte, Florida and attended St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, John of Port Charlotte, Florida; her 2 sisters, Noreen Connolly and Rita Connolly both of Ireland; her 2 brothers, Sean and Peter Finnegan both of Ireland; her close niece, Martina of Port Charlotte, Florida; 17 other nieces and nephews and many grand nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Thomas and Kathleen Finnegan and her brother, Paddy Finnegan who died in 1986.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 10, 2007 10:00 A.M. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Inurnment will be in Ireland.
