Richard A. Ross, 60, of Port Charlotte died January 22, 2009. He was born in Detroit, Michigan March 8, 1948 to Jack P. and Maryann Ziggler Ross. He honoraably served in the U.S. Marines where his tour of duty in Viet Nam earned him two purple heart medals and several other service related medals.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, Port Charlotte Chapel.
