Robert N. Henley Sr, 85, of Pt Charlotte, FL died Oct 7, 2007. He was born Jan 13, 1922 in Lebanon, TN and moved to this area in 1996 from Greenwood, Ind. Mr. Henley worked as a Superintendant in the construction industry, retiring in 1984. He was a WWII veteran, serving in the US Air Force.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Catherine Henley of Pt Charlotte, FL; son, Robert N. Henley Jr of Osprey, FL; daughter, Deborah Miller of Punta Gorda, FL; granddaughter, Nicole Miller of Punta Gorda, FL; brothers, Zane Henley of Lighthouse Point, FL and Gerald Henley of Lebanon, TN; sisters, Mildred Graves, Maureen Sims, Margaret Beadle and Charlotte White all of Lebanon, TN. He was pre deceased by his son-in-law, Charles Miller.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm, Thursday, October 11, 2007 at the Kays-Ponger Funeral Home 635 E Marion Ave, Punta Gorda, FL with the Rev Paul Russell officiating.
