Roy L. Caswell 85, of Port Charlotte passed away on Wednesday May 1, 2013. Roy was born on May 23, 1927 in Omaha Nebraska. He was a Veteran of WWII who proudly served in the United States Navy, Roy was an Iron worker, and then for a majority of his life was a shrimper, Roy truly loved shrimping and his passion was the sea. Roy was predeceased by his daughter Linda St. John. He is survived by his daughters Bessie Null, Trudy Goff and Carolyn Douglas. A visitaion will be held on Saturday May 4, 2013 from 7:00PM -9:00PM at Kays-Ponger Uselton Funeral Home 635 E. Marion Avenue Punta Gorda A Chapel service will be on Sunday May 5, 2013 at 10:00AM.
