Sally A. Baird, 69, of Port Charlotte, FL died May 4, 2008. She was born December 27, 1938 in Flint, MI. She moved to this area 18 years ago from Marshall, MI. Sally was a homemaker, and a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening and interior design. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Punta Gorda.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Ron Baird; daughters, Kim Laarman of Allegan, MI and Laurie Stalnaker of Bradenton, FL; sons, Gregory Baird of Chicago, IL and Douglas Baird of Debary, FL; her mother, Betty Clark of Sarasota, FL; grandchildren, Tricia & Michael, Melissa and Lacey; great grandchildren, Ashlenn, Collin, Alexis and Anthony; a brother, Steve Clark and sisters, Nancy Morin, Susie O'Brian, Connie Maison and Peggy Madigan.
There will be no local service at this time. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Tidewell Hospice, 5955 Rand Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34238.
