Susan Warren, was the second child of four children born to Albert and Mable Smith on January 5, 1926, at Hanbury, Jamaica. She migrated to Bronx, New York in 1971 and in 1985 moved to Port Charlotte, Florida. On Friday, April 6, 2012, she passed away peacefully at Fawcett Memorial Hospital. Susan is survived by her son Neville and daughter in law, Norma, Port Charlotte, Florida; son, Dennis and daughter in law, Iris, Mount Vernon, New York, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Brother, Jasper and wife, Eileen; Sister in Law, Iris, Nieces, Nephews, host of Relatives and Friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rosalie, and husband, Sydney. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Kays-Ponger & Uselton, Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Kays-Ponger.com, 2405 Harbor Blvd., Port Charlotte, Fl 33952. With thanksgiving service to celebrate Susan's life on Friday, April 20, 2012, at 10:00 am at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Chapel. Interment at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, Jones Loop, Punta Gorda, Florida."
