
Tana Venn (Baca) Mohr 48, passed away peacefully at her home on January 11,
2011.
She was born on August 24, 1962 in Fort Myers, Florida. She was a resident of
Port Charlotte, Florida for the past 28 years. She was a devoted mother, grandmother,
daughter, sister and aunt . She will be missed by all who's life she touched. She has
struggled with diabetes for the past 28 years.
She is survived by her husband, James Mohr of Port Charlotte, Florida, her son,
Dustin Baca (Jessica), her grandson, Prestin Lee Baca. She was preceded in death
by her daughter, Deanna Baca. She is also survived by her parents, Donald and
Shirley venn of Port Charlotte. Sisers, Kim Jones (Phil), Tara Polk (John), and brother,
Donald Venn (Sue). She is survived by many nieces and nephews, Shondra, Tori,
Brad, Marissa, Kristin, Tonya, Jessie, Ciarra, Bobbie, Michelle, Jessica, Kaelyn,
Brayden, Kaysen, Brody, Kannon, Zack and Kyle.
A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at
Cleveland United Methodist Church, officiated by the Reverend, Frank Vargo.
