Terry McDermid, born April 14, 1943, passed away on October 8, 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by family.
Terry was the son of Leo and Norma and was raised by his foster parents, Sherman and Irene.
Throughout his life, Terry enjoyed many hobbies, including dirt bike riding, bowling, and boating. In his later years, he pursued his passion for the Chevrolet Corvette, which he continued to drive until his final days.
Terry proudly served his country in the National Guard and spent his professional life as a salesman and owner-operator of ZSI, a manufacturing company.
Terry is survived by his son, Rob McDermid, and his life partner, Sandy Pajot. He is also survived by Sandy's son, Bill, Bill's wife, Holly, and their children, Lindsey and Collin.
Terry will be remembered for his love of cars, his many interests and friendships throughout his life, and the memories he leaves behind with those who knew and loved him.
