Thomas James Bright, 82 of Englewood, died October 8, 2009. He was born March 13, 1927 in North Merrick, New York to William and Sadie Lyons Bright.
He moved to the Englewood area in 1970 from Long Island, New York. He was a member of the Englewood Four Square Church and a U.S. Naval veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Anne of Englewood; his sisters, Mary Lowerre of Speonk, New York and Mae Morice of Montauk, New York; 9 children, 4 step children and many grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Englewood Four Square Church, 180 W. Langsner Street.
