Walter "Bobby" Mansfield 66 of Port Charlotte passed away Wednesday Jan. 13 2010. He has been a resident of this area for the past 33 years formerly of Connecticut. He was a Vietnam Navy Veteran. He was an active member of the American Legion Post 110 of Port Charlotte, VFW Post 5690, Elks Lodge Port Charlotte, Moose Lodge 764 of North Port, and Fraternal Order of Eagles Charlotte Harbor.
Bobby is preceded in death by his wife Sue and his daughter Robyn.
He is survived by his son William, Grandson Anthony Bruno and Brother Arthur Benz.
Memorial Service will be 11:00 AM Friday January 22, 2010 at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home 2405 Harbor Blvd. Port Charlotte Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations preferred.
