Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 41 years, Sandra Gail Heslop, and his brother, Bernard Heslop.
He is survived by his sister, Pat Rolfe; his children, Jayne Robinson and Ian Heslop; and his stepchildren, Brooke Stover (Tiffany), Franklin "Craig" McCollum (Angie), and Scott McCollum. Bill was a grandfather to Jessica Velasquez, Troy Robinson (Rina), Andrew Scharney, Lindsey Stover (James), Cameron Stover (Amanda), Clay McCollum, Clark McCollum (Lacey), Chase McCollum (Madison), and Zach McCollum. He also had eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Bill served honorably in the Royal Navy. In his leisure time, he found joy in golfing and ballroom dancing, accompanied by his wife and their circle of friends.
