WILLIAM M. MORRIS, 87 of Englewood, Florida died Saturady, April 16, 2011. He was born on August 31, 1923 in Cassopolis, MI to Glen E. Morris and Katherine E. Cunningham Morris of Park Ridge, IL.; deceased. He moved to Englewood,FL from Alva, Fl and Wisconsin in 1989. He was in Retail Sales with Lumber & Building Materials in Kenosha, WI. He graduated from Michigan State University earning a degree in Forestry in 1950. He enjoyed dance and was a dance instructor and square dance caller and did cueing for round dancing. He was a long time member of the Ridgerunners Dance Club of Racine, WI. He was a Veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret; step-daughter, Betty Kremer of Dubuque, IA; four sisters, Katherine Elizabeth Langworty of Three Rivers, MI., Margaret Ann Aloboudi, Kalamazoo, MI.; F. Jane Goerss( Solarz), Park Ridge, IL., and Sister Mary Patricia Morris SFCC, Georgetown, TX; and a brother Robert Bennett of Mosinee, WI. Williams was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph Ersom and Glen Edward, and two sisters, Mary Josephine Morris and Patricia Louise Gohlke of Kenosha, WI., and his wife, Rose L. Morris of Kenosha, WI. He is survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
