Bernice Jean McPhee passed away on January 20, 2025. Predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Stewart, in 2016, survived by her children, Brenda and Ken, step-daughter, Maureen and grandchildren, Chanelle and Ryan.
Bernice grew up in Aylsham, Saskatchewan and later moved to Nipawin, Saskatchewan where she became a nurse’s assistant and met and married Stewart. In 1970, they moved to Port Coquitlam to raise their family. Bernice still lived in the family home until just shortly before her death.
Bernice loved gardening, curling, golfing and spending time with her family. She will forever be remembered for her delicious pies.
Bernice cherished her grandchildren, Chanelle and Ryan and looked forward to their many vacations together through the years.
A celebration of life will be held sometime in the spring.
