Britannia (Betty) Foster

Betty Foster (nee Angell) passed peacefully in her 90th year on March 25th, 2019 after a short illness. Predeceased by her husband, Clyde, and her granddaughter, Kristi. She is survived by her brother, Alf; Sons, Gord (Monica), Ian (Simmone), and Rob; Grandchildren, Kyle (Danielle), Gordon, Cassie, Joel (Alida), April, and great-granddaughter, Riley. Also two half-sisters Nancy and Allison, plus many nieces and nephews.

Mom enjoyed her long list of extended family and friends. She loved spending time at the cabin at Loon Lake, hours in the boat fishing with Dad. Was an absolute sports nut—go Blue Jays and Canuck—she was in a bowling league for years. An accomplished knitter, and seamstress, she baked lots of goodies for us kids. We will miss her smile, her laugh, her singing, and especially her lack of a filter when expressing her opinion. Love you, Mom.
